This month’s case report presents a patient with long Covid syndrome. You may encounter long Covid patients within your usual pain clinic cohort or be referred a long Covid patient for specialist pain management. It poses questions and answers with supporting material, but this is ultimately a syndrome with an evolving evidence base and the aim of this case is to demonstrate the complexity of long Covid syndrome and to consider a holistic way of approaching these patients and helping them with the best of our abilities as pain clinicians.
