FPM Trainee Registration Form

This form is ONLY for use by medical practitioners employed in the United Kingdom in a substantive training post in the following:

(1) Stage 3 (Higher) or Stage 3 SIA (Advanced) pain training
N.B. Trainees must have passed both the Primary and Final Fellowship examinations of the Royal College of Anaesthetists or equivalent before undertaking Stage 3 (Higher) or Stage 3 Special Interest Area (Advanced) Pain Medicine training.

A signed letter from your Regional Advisor in Pain Medicine must be uploaded.

(2) Foundation, Stage 1 (Core) or Stage 2 (Intermediate) Training.

The Faculty trainee representative runs a WhatsApp group for all new trainees. Please tick the below box if you give consent for your email and mobile phone details to be sent to your trainee representative.

• promote, develop and foster positive relations between different groups.

You can request for your data to be deleted if you change your mind. The Faculty is determined to create a more inclusive environment at all levels where differences are valued and respected.

The Faculty of Pain Medicine is part of the Royal College of Anaesthetists. The following policy applies to all personal data handled by the College, including its Faculties.

The Royal College of Anaesthetists (RCoA) is fully committed to the principles of data protection, as set out in the Data Protection Act 2018 (C.12). The RCoA relies on legitimate interests as the lawful basis for processing of personal data. We process and maintain personal data about you so that we can manage your membership, provide you with appropriate products and services and share information with you about RCoA activities.
